Counselling is a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with compassion and without judgment. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply seeking more clarity and connection in your life, this space is for you.
At Work Your Light Counselling, we offer a warm, inclusive, and trauma-informed approach that honours your story and your pace. Our practice is grounded in lived experience and professional training in Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy.
We specialize in working with adults (18–65) navigating:
Anxiety & depression
Grief & loss
Complex trauma (CPTSD & PTSD)
Emotional regulation & life transitions
Relationship and attachment challenges
We also offer affirming care to LGBTQIA2S+ clients and create a space where all identities and experiences are welcomed and respected. Sessions are held virtually, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and safety of your own space, on your terms, in your time.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Counselling is a space to begin again, with support.
